Codin' - ur doin' itz wrong!
Yeah so I realized I didn't like working in the fake-unix environment of MinGW and msys, so I says to myself I says, hey, I bet there's a free compiler from Microsoft! And there is, MS released both Visual Studio Express 2005 and Visual Studio Express 2008.

So I decided to figure out the way to compile ioq3 in VS2005 as a starting point and after about a day of random help I was able to come up with http://ioquake.org/forums/viewtopic.php?f=12&t=55 as a how-to for my own reference.

So I figured this would help me in my quest to get our UI sorted out/finished.

...then TTI told me I didn't need a compiler to edit .menu files in the /ui folder.

/me bangs head against something hard

Baby steps, right? RIGHT??!#
